These terms govern your use of the website xtic.in and the customer portal my.xtic.in (together, “the sites”), operated by INTELLIENS INFOCOM LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (“we”, “us”). The Xtic software itself is licensed under its end-user licence agreement, published separately.
1. Who may use the sites
The sites are for businesses and professionals. By creating an account you confirm that you are an adult and that you act for a business or organisation, with authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Accounts
- Keep your sign-in details and authenticator safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give accurate details, including the billing and tax details printed on invoices.
- Tell us at security@xtic.in if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the sites: no attempts to break or bypass security, overload the service, scrape it at scale, send spam through our forms, or use the sites for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that puts the sites or other users at risk.
4. Content and intellectual property
The sites, the Xtic name and logo, documentation and other content belong to INTELLIENS INFOCOM LLP or its licensors. You may read, print and share links to public pages; other use needs our written permission.
5. Purchases
Prices, taxes, payment, renewals, refunds and delivery are described on the pricing page, in the refund and cancellation policy and in the delivery policy.
6. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The sites are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes are announced on the sites or by e-mail to account holders before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
