This policy applies to the customer portal my.xtic.in, the licensing API, support channels and any community space we run.
1. Do not
- Attempt to gain access to accounts, organisations or data that are not yours, or test the security of our services without following our vulnerability disclosure policy.
- Interfere with or overload our services, including automated requests beyond normal use of the product and the API.
- Share, sell or publish licence keys, or circumvent licensing.
- Upload malware, unlawful content, or content that infringes others’ rights.
- Use our services to send spam or to harass anyone.
- Impersonate any person or organisation.
2. What we may do
We may remove content, suspend accounts or block access that breaks this policy, and report unlawful activity to the authorities where required.
