About
We make backups you can prove.
Xtic is self-hosted backup software for Linux servers, Docker and databases, designed and built by INTELLIENS INFOCOM LLP in Gwalior, India.
§01Why Xtic
Most teams find out whether their backups work on the worst day of the year.
Backup tools tend to report that a job ran. They rarely prove that what they stored is complete, readable and restorable — and the agents they install become one more thing on every server to patch and trust.
Xtic takes the other approach. It runs as one container on a server you control, reaches your machines over SSH, captures files, volumes, containers and databases natively, encrypts them with your keys and stores them in any S3-compatible bucket or on a local disk. Then it checks every artefact, signs a manifest and lets you schedule restore drills, so the proof is on record before you need it.
§02Principles
01
Show the evidence
A backup that has not been verified is a hope. Every run is checked, signed and recorded, and restores are drilled — so you can show an auditor, not just tell them.
02
Nothing on your servers
Xtic connects over SSH with a pinned host key and a least-privilege helper. No resident agent to patch, monitor or trust.
03
Your keys, your formats
Encryption keys stay on your Xtic server. Archives use open formats, so you can restore without Xtic if you ever need to.
04
Fair, plain pricing
Priced per protected server, with GST invoices in India. Restores and downloads are never paywalled, even after a licence ends.
