What you receive and when

If a payment is confirmed but you have not received the licence e-mail a few minutes later, check your spam folder and your account at my.xtic.in, then write to support@xtic.in with the payment reference.
Bank transfers and purchase orders
For orders paid by bank transfer or purchase order (Enterprise and larger orders), the licence is delivered as above once the payment is received in our account. A proforma invoice is issued before payment.
